We provide harvesting services for contracted farmers by using special machines, Ozkan harvesters, which precisely separate the pumpkin seeds from the flesh. This is a complex process that requires accuracy, knowledge and specialized equipment.
After harvesting, the GWS pumpkin seeds go through a drying process on a floor dryer we built ourselves. This stage is designed to remove excess moisture and maintain their quality. This makes the seeds durable and safe from mould.
We then transport the dried pumpkin seeds to a processing line set up specifically for cleaning pumpkin seeds. Our line cleans, polishes, descales, removes metals and optically separates every pumpkin seed obtained from ours and our neighboring farmers’ fields.
